What room temperature and humidity does this freezer require?

For reliable operation, keep the room temperature below 32°C and relative humidity (RH) below 60%.

What plug does this unit use? Does it need a dedicated circuit?

It uses a standard NEMA 5-15P plug. A dedicated circuit is not required.

Will the freezer fit through my doorway? Do I need liftgate service?

Before ordering, compare the freezer dimensions with the narrowest doorway on the delivery path. If your location does not have a forklift or other unloading equipment, select liftgate service.

What can I store in this freezer?

This freezer is suitable for ice cream, frozen foods, and bagged ice.

Do the glass doors self-close? Can they stay open or be reversed?

Yes. The doors stay open at 90° and self-close when opened less than 90°. The door swing is factory-set and cannot be reversed on site.

Are the glass doors heated to help prevent condensation?

Yes. Electric glass heat and front airflow help reduce condensation. Under normal operating conditions, visible condensation should be minimal.

Does the freezer need a drain line?

No. An external drain line is not required; defrost water evaporates automatically.

Cleaning & Maintenance

How should I maintain the freezer?

Frost: Defrost regularly to prevent heavy buildup, which can reduce cooling performance and shorten door-gasket life.

Condenser: Remove dust regularly with a soft brush or vacuum. Do not spray or rinse the condenser directly with water.

Glass: Use a mild glass cleaner. Avoid ammonia, alcohol, and abrasive cleaners, which may damage the Low-E coating.

Door gaskets: Wipe with a mild detergent. Check regularly for cracks or wear, and keep the gaskets clean and flexible.
