Can I put hot food directly into the reach-in?

No. Reach-ins are designed to hold food that is already refrigerated or frozen. They are not designed to quickly cool hot food. Cool hot food in a blast chiller before placing it in the unit.

What room conditions are required for reliable operation?

Keep the room temperature below 32°C (90°F) and relative humidity below 60%. Higher temperature or humidity may reduce cooling performance and may affect warranty coverage.

Will the reach-in fit through a standard doorway?

Compare the unit dimensions with every doorway, hallway, and turn on the delivery path. Check the spec sheet for the exact dimensions.

Handling: Do not transport the unit tilted or with the doors facing the floor.

Measure the full delivery path before ordering to make sure the unit can reach the installation area.

Do not overload the shelves. Leave space around products and keep the supply and return air vents clear so cold air can circulate.
